Laura brings with her a wealth of specialist knowledge in transforming organisations through the application of cutting-edge behavioural science and psychology-informed interventions. She has proven experience in driving commercial growth as well as building and leading high-performing teams. She has held senior leadership positions within Behavioural Science and Innovation teams at MindGym and Ogilvy Health, as well as commercial leadership roles within LEO Learning and games-with-purpose company, Preloaded.
